Why Set Alerts Instead of Watching?
Colossal Eggs Take Up to 30 Minutes
The most valuable eggs in Swing For Eggs — the ones that hatch Colossal Quokka (+$1.7M/s) or Colossal T-Rex — take 14 to 30 minutes of real time to incubate naturally. Staring at the timer wastes playtime. Setting a notification lets you train speed or farm other eggs in parallel.
Secret Spawns Are Time-Sensitive
When the server announces "A Secret egg has spawned in Candy!", other players race to the location immediately. Having a notification pattern that alerts you at typical broadcast intervals helps you stay ready.
Night Resets Refill Nests
Per the official description, all nests reset every night. Since day/night cycles run locally per server, tracking your own server's reset interval with the Night Reset Timer and pairing it with an alert keeps you ahead of other players.
